I had a Horrid experience with Doctor Masterson at Sibley Hospital. Never have I seen such an incompetent doctor in my entire life. When I asked him about my medical concerns he would always mumble something in the room and suddenly smile while staring at the ceiling and literally mumble to the ceiling! I sincerely question this doctor's sanity. I also question Sibley Hospital for allowing such a doctor to be employed by them. I will never go back to Sibley Hospital again in my life!!

Not very thorough in high-risk pregnancy. Would NOT recommend as a perinatologist. Doesn't take the time to properly diagnose correctly.
